If you have not yet explored the fresh, intense and spicy cuisine of this country you will absolutely fall in love! Vietnamese cuisine captures all the complex and alluring flavors of Southeast Asia with more of an emphasis on fresh herbs and lighter, yet very satisfying preparation methods. Influenced by China, France and a regional climate these unique recipes will become some of your favorites. You will learn straight forward techniques to make pho, lemongrass beef, cha ca fish, sizzlingrice crepes, asparagus-crab soup and many other delights.
