$60 Per Person
Excluding Tax & Gratuity
First Course
French Onion Soup- truffled pecorino
or
Roasted Beet Salad- mache, toasted pistachios, ricotta salata, preserved lemon vinaigrette

Second Course
Holiday Gumbo- basmati rice, scallions
or
Seared Duck Breast- pomegranate gastrique, quinoa
or
Creekstone Prime Rib- horseradish mashed potatoes, baby carrots, roasted shallot jus

Dessert Course
Special Desserts prepared by Executive Pastry Chef, Lehte Allen

~December 24th, 2013 Stanley's Steakhouse will be serving dinner from a limited version of our
 dinner menu between 5-7:30pm, reservations not required but suggested~

Please mention any dietary restrictions you may have at the time of reservations.
Vegan/Vegetarian dishes are available upon request in advance.
